Can I request an item that is not normally available in shop?

Yes, although we cannot comfirm this item can be made. This depends on our tools and experience! Feel free to submit a request on the contact page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How much do custom orders cost? 

We base this info on how much time is needed for the item to be completed and the prices of similar products. We will communicate this amount ahead of time before starting the process. We do require a 50% payment of the full amount before we begin.
